In the trees...
13 Oct 2006
|So here are some pics of the tree travelling and the dolphin swimming.
And I'm not mortally wounded by the dolphin, it sort of swam into me full tilt with its mouth open and bit my shoulder. A few scrapes and a bit of blood, I don't think its even bad enought to make a cool scar. I'm sure it wasn't intentional, but I was pretty wary for the rest of the hour and made sure my presence was obvious to all of them.
You might have noticed that I have my hair in corn rows also.
A: Its more practical in this heat and humidity than trying to battle my crazy hair
B: Its the Caribbean and now I fit in, lol
Everyone reckons it makes me look about 12 years old, but I figured 'what's new?'
Have spent the last 13 hours travelling from Roatan to Teguicigalpa back on the mainland. I'm just overnighting here before another full travelling day over the border and into Nicaragua.
But, very exciting news.... I have a room all to myself tonight!!!
I am so excited!
