Ed & Marilyn 'The Happy Wanderers' travel blog

Yesterday was a fun day. We had lunch and saw 2 IMAX features. Then we went "shopping". Not one of my favorite activities. We had dinner at Mel's Hard Luck Cafe. The waiters and waitresses are singers who happen to be temporarily out of their preferred profession. They sing and serve meals. Truely talented people. They all have their CD's for sale. Last night we attended the Jim Stafford Show. One of the best Branson has to offer. Great stand up comedy and music. When we left the show around 9:30 PM the weather had changed. It was windy and cold. Temps were near freezing last night in Hannibal, also. That has me worried a bit because we turned off all heat in the RV when we left. I will call the campground this morning to ask the person we left our keys with, to turn the furnace on for us. There is a freeze warning for tonight. We could have left the heat pump on while away, but that worries me also. Not sure what the answer is, but I'll keep you informed.

We had a phone call this orning from our daughter, Jennifer, to inform us that we are aunt and uncle to two new Dray's. Christian Lee Dray and Rita Marie Dray were born this morning at 1:39 and 1:40. All doing well, even mom, Alicia and dad, Danny.

We can't wait to see them or at least see pictures.

It is a cold day here in Branson so I suspect that a game of dominos is on the agenda.

We are really ready to get back home to our RV. We miss that, and have a lot to do.

Well, let's see what tomorrow brings........
