Our last stop was for excellent Japanese food, we used our diners...

Our appetizer was Shrimp Tempura, yes, we brought a ton of food...

Last one!

Today we took a walk through history around Albuquerque's Old Town, the village that has been the focal point of community life in Albuquerque since 1706.

We especially loved the historic San Felipe de Neri Church and it's beautiful gardens.

Shopping in Old Town is a colorful experience. They have unique items from around the world, as well as those that are distinctly Southwestern, with more than 150 shops, boutiques, galleries and artist studios. Our favorite was the Covered Wagon. They had chili peppers lined all the way down the storefront. We saw a lot of peppers today. :-)

We had a great time visiting the area. I will let the pictures tell the rest of the story. More later from New Mexico.
