Today was another fun and busy day. We went to the Blessing Of The Fleet Festival in Darien, Georgia. The Blessing of the Fleet is a three day event held every spring in honor of Darien's shrimp fleet. Darien's streets come alive with food and street vendors, an amusement park for the kids, live entertainers, fireworks, Art-In-the-Park, and more.

We enjoyed shopping at all the vendor booths and the walk along Waterfront Park. The park has magnificent old live oaks draped in spanish moss on the Darien River. I will let the pictures tell the rest of the story. More later from Georgia.
