Cedar Waxwings, they were all over the park

Last one!

Today we visited Shenandoah National Park and drove about 50 miles into the park on Skyline Drive. We were hoping to see some wildlife, especially black bears and deer, but we didn't have any luck. We did see a lot of birds. I managed to get a couple of pictures of some beautiful Cedar Waxwings. They were all over the park.

We also did our first geocache for Virginia. It was nothing special to brag about, but we can legally add Virginia to our geocache map. :-)

We are staying in the neatest ranch style campground. They have a petting zoo with very friendly animals. I will let the pictures tell the rest of the story.
