At dinner last night there were lots of hugs and handshakes as we all said goodbye to one another.

We met some wonderful people on this cruise. This was the first time we have felt close to every one of our table companions.

On past cruises we have become good friends with one or two couples, like Reuven & Ester from Israel, or Denny & Jackie from Illinois, but having a close relationship with every one at your table seems like a very lucky draw! These folks certainly added to the enjoyment of the cruise.

Our ship pulled into dock right at 4:30 this morning. We are being met by Claudio from “Limoinrome” who will be giving us a full day tour of Rome today.

This has been a wonderful trip and a fine way to celebrate our 50th anniversary, even though we have only been married for 48 years.

We are ready to see the kids and grandkids again. It will be good to get back to our own little yacht on wheels.

We have a lot of pictures to go through and post for you so I promise to do that as soon as we can.

As for now, dear readers, we are happy to have had you along on this journey.

God has blessed us, we are grateful, and we are very aware that…Life is Good!
