Well, we're back on the road again! We pulled out of Custer, SD on Saturday morning. It was a clear, lovely day which made for good traveling. I am so far behind in posting it is ridiculous but I'll try to do better in the future. So in a couple of days I'll backtrack just a bit for the last few activities we enjoyed before heading out.

We arrived in Casper Wyoming Saturday evening & called my Uncle Ed, Aunt De & family to see if we could get together after church on Sunday. So glad they had time for us! We arrived at their house about 12:30 & enjoyed catching up a bit before heading to our favorite Mexican restaurant in the country, Guadalajara's. Although we're not eating 'traditional' Mexican food do to our restricted diets right now we enjoyed a wonderful Cancun Salad with grilled fish, mango, asparagus & a wide variety of other veggies. Truly delicious!

After hugs & kisses we headed to Sam's Club, Wal-Mart & to fuel up before returning to the campground. We intended to pull out the next day but after purchasing all the fresh fruit & veggies decided to stick around & 'take care' of their preparation. Wow, eating mostly Vegan is a real pain! Not used to buying organic & especially washing everything properly, along with cutting & chopping etc. I also roasted two butternut squash & made delicious soup with green apples & roasted red onion in it as well. Delish! I worked in the kitchen most of the day, although I did give myself a pedicure too!

Yesterday morning we pulled out & drove to Little America, Wyoming. The skies were full of the most interesting, beautiful clouds along the way with temps around 60. We stopped at Independence Rock to enjoy our lunch & i took a few quick pics. We have visited both Independence Rock & Martin's Cove in the past, in fact a couple of times, so no rock climbing today!

Arrived at Little America around 5pm, expecting to you 'ShorePower' but unfortunately the posts were not active today. I called their 888 # & they were very apologetic, which didn't help one bit, but I did find out that there is service in Wendover, NV. So, assuming we make it through Utah today, that is where we will light tonight. So guess I'd better close this down & get on the road. Might help if I get showered & dressed first though, lol!
