Wes and Jan see the US Wanderings and Side Trips

Redneck Valentine Dinner Feb 22, 2008

Last night, the fellas in our church prepared and hosted a "Redneck" Valentine Dinner. Wes and I helped with the cooking. Tom Yager smoked a brisket and we had french fries, onion petals, okra, pickles, cole slaw, pork and beans and dutch oven cobbler and apple crisp. The food was very good. After dinner, we were entertained by some Redneck poetry and each woman received a Redneck Flashlight. Some of the "costumes" were pretty authentic.

A great time was had by all in attendance. Thanks guys!
