This morning I was on the road by 8:00 and heading for Lake Livingston to visit cousin Lullene for a couple of days. I missed some of the turns I had planned to take, so I drove about 30 miles out of the way; but I still made it to her house by noon. I need to get a larger map!
Her entrance is rather narrow so I had to pull in my passenger-side mirror in order to get through. I was very careful not to scrape anything.
Lullene had just returned from Dallas, where she has an apartment. There were several things she needed to do at the lake house, so we just hung around home for two days. That was fine with me because I wanted to upload and edit my Columbus photos. Also, she has lots of books and magazines to read.
