Before Madeleine started skating, Amanda asked Jean-Luc if he wanted lessons too. He wasn't interested . . . until he saw Madeleine skating. So guess who's next taking lessons?
Here he was just participating at the free skate for the very first time.

He was pretty much interested in just staying next to the wall, but by the end of the free skate, it was amazing how well he could stand on the skates and how fast he could circumvent the wall

Now Amanda is going to take lessons. They will be a skating family once they get Robert to the rink.
With Jean-Luc's fascination with Star Wars, it was a no-brainer for his Halloween costume

We took the kids to their church's party called "Shriek on the Creek" where they had a great time playing the games and picking up lots of candy.

The tee ball concession took a big hit as Jean-Luc not only knocked off the ball, but also the tee.

Instead of a cake walk, there was a cupcake walk.

Afterwards, we went back to their house and handed out candy for the rest of the evening. A good time was had by all, well maybe not all, Madison showed how she felt about being left out of trick or treating by taking over Jeff's spot on the sofa.
