|Not much new to share. The wind continues to blow, and boy, am I ready for it to stop. But the 70 degree temps are wonderful, so I'll not complain too loudly...Yesterday was sister Joyce's birthday so "Happy Birthday Joyce!" Would have liked to spend it together, but not to be this year. Hope she had a nice day.
Mom and I went to lunch this afternoon. I've had a craving for Chinese for a few days now and we both love it. Not Larry's favorite, so he stayed home and caught up on a few taped TV programs. Afterward we ran by the grocery store and picked up a few items, then stopped by the house to unload them and pick up Larry and Onyx. We've decided we won't be using the boat for the next week, so we unloaded it off the back of the truck. Stored it in Mom's garage while we make our trip to Vegas this weekend. Our list of things 'to do' is growing daily, so looks like we'll actually be there 4-5 days.
I am really looking forward to getting my camera back! I have REALLY missed it. A couple of days ago we were driving home from Mom & Dad's and there was the most spectacular double rainbow you've ever seen, directly over the road in front of us! And I didn't get a picture of it...I could have cried!
So instead of a beautiful rainbow, I'm sharing some lovely photos of Holland Gardens. Talk about springtime beauty, enjoy!
