Last one!

We visited two state parks today. The first one was the Kitsap Memorial State Park. It is a 58-acre camping park with 1,797 feet of saltwater shoreline. It is a beautiful park with wild mushrooms growing all over the ground and some very huge trees. What a great place for a walk and picnic.

The park offers beautiful natural surroundings and sweeping views of Hood Canal. It has a saltwater beach with tide pools and shellfish harvesting. It has a very nice campground plus cabins for rent.

Our next stop was the Shine Tidelands State Park. This one has a wonderful view of Hood Canal and the bridge. We had a bit of rain so please excuse the foggy pictures. More later from Washington.
