Today I signed up with a personal trainer at Gold’s Gym. He has had experience in physical therapy and has been a personal trainer for eight years. We discussed my physical limitations and how he will be able to help me lose my belly fat, gain muscle strength and endurance and strengthen my bones. He has worked with people with similar limitations. I signed an agreement for two hour-long sessions per week for three months. It is rather expensive but, if it can improve my health, it will be worth it – a little like insurance or a bet against illness and broken bones.
