|Spent the past couple of days hanging with family. It's been great catching up with all of their news and the girls have been very generous with their hugs & kisses. Larry & I both feel so blessed to have this time together. Kelly has been cooking up a storm & served the best cheesecake EVER Sunday evening for dessert.
Don is off the road for a bit & Tom was home for the weekend so Dad is getting a good dose of the 'boys'. And we were happy to see grandson Thomas & meet his girlfriend Misty before they left Sunday morning. We'll catch up with again in Vegas this winter though.
Lily & Maya are both growing like weeds, I guess that's what supposed to happen??? Sometimes wish we could stop the hands of time though. Lily is being home schooled, has a strict curriculum and is doing very well. Wow, that is one intelligent little girl. She has an old soul, know what I mean? And a great love for cousin Maya.
The girls had a wonderful time pumpkin carving. Well, I think the adults did too! Don, Kelly, Lily & Maya all created a masterpiece & they were lit for all to admire when done. Grandpa & I are pretty dangerous with carving knives these days so we chose to watch & photograph. It was a fun time, so glad we were here to share in the fun!
We took a drive through Stout Grove earlier today & had an awesome time, but I'll cover that next time. So come back soon & thanks for stopping by!
