This morning I had a frustrating time trying to take my shower and wash my hair. The water pressure was so low that there was just one tiny stream smaller than my little finger coming from the shower head. It was a real trip trying to rinse the shampoo from my hair! After I had gotten dressed, I checked the faucet outside and discovered that the RV tech yesterday had not turned it back on full force. I hope this solved the problem.
After my back therapy, I went to Buda to meet Karen Enterline at the Cracker Barrel restaurant. It had been quite a while since we had seen each other, so we had a lot of catching-up to do. We both ordered the soup and sandwich special and then split our sandwiches to share. We had a good visit.
Next stop on my list was Crestview RV to return an adjustable broom that I had bought last month. I tried using it for the first time yesterday and was not pleased with it because I had to keep re-adjusting it after every couple of sweeps. They refunded my money without a hassle.
Back in Austin, I went to the Factory Mattress store to get a new mattress. The three-inch-thick foam that I’ve been using for several years is still good, but the sheets just don’t fit right. I decided that it was time to stop fighting with the sheets!
Not long after I had returned home, Val called to see if I would like to go to Olive Garden for their early soup-and-sandwich combo. Of course, my taste buds gave me the green light. I brought home a bowl of the soup and the leftover bread stick for tomorrow’s lunch.
