Show at the Circle B Chuckwagon

We woke up to a soaking rain this morning as we gathered for breakfast at the hotel dining room. Then, once all of the luggage was loaded, we got on the road. It poured down rain on us all the way to Branson! It was raining so hard at times, that it was leaking in the bus around the driver and we had to continue to clean up the water with paper towels!

We stopped for lunch at a wonderful little Italian restaurant in Carthage, Missouri. They had chicken fettucine all prepared for us, along with fabulous breadsticks. Then, it was back on the road for about another 90 minutes to Branson.

We made it to the Welk Resort Hotel as scheduled, freshened up a little, then headed to the Circle B Chuckwagon for dinner and a show. The food was plentiful, and the entertainment was fantastic. It was old fashioned cowboy and campfire music, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening.
