Buenos tardes! We have arrived to Lisbon, Portugal. Our luggage in tact and on time, a chatty and friendly taxi driver, we have checked into a Marriott in Lisbon and are just loving it. What a sense of arrival, we were greeted by the hotel doorman and the Front Desk associate advised us that we were upgrated to the club floor. Our room is perfect and we had a nice bottle of port and wonderful portugese pasties waiting for us.
We will be exploring the city tomorrow and then will head up north to Porto.
