Welcome to my very first travel blog. What a fun idea to bring you along with me as I explore Italy once again. I will not be traveling alone this time. I am joined by Helen Eichler & Jill DuBois who were childhood friends of each other's. Jill will be a new friend for me. The first week will be mostly about exploring local food shopping & cooking in the Lucca, Tuscany fashion, & of course sight seeing in and around this ancient walled city. The second week, we are joined by their two husbands, Tom & John, who will catch us as we finish a few days in Rome, moving on to Positano for day tripping and then on to the resort Isle of Capri. My journey will be for the dates of May 16-June 2. Knowing me, you can just imagine how excited I am. Through this cool blogging concept I can instantly share & also have a permanent journal of my own memories.
