Welcome to our Mexico adventure. Bill and I made plans to spend the winter in San Cristobal, Chiapas, Mexico. We were planning to ride the bus and spend the entire time in San Cristobal and possibly find an apartment....but instead were joined by our friend Danny, who acquired a van, perfect for the trip....then once we got used to traveling, decided to venture past San Cristobal and just kept going.

So welcome to our adventures. My hopes are that you'll see that Mexico is a great place to visit, there are friendly, interesting people everywhere you go, the hostels were very comfortable and a great place to meet interesting people from all over the world, and exploring new places doesn't have to be expensive.

You can click on any location on the map for pictures and my journal notes for that area...or click on the day to the right (there are 2 pages of entries, to start on day one click page 1 at the bottom). When that day's journal comes up, the pictures will be on the top. The best way to view all the pictures for that day are to click the first picture and arrow forward to advance to the next.
