Mike and Cindys Retirement Adventures
Welcome to our travel site. We have completed our first big trip around the US from August 2007 to May of 2008. We were able to visit all 48 states and realized just how much there is to see. We spent nine months traveling and barely scratched the surface. So much to see.
We left in September 2008 on our second big trip around the United States. We hope that our family and friends are able to keep up with our travels this time. Don't hesitate to contact us with questions or comments.
Our September 2008 to March 2009 trip is now history and we enjoyed our stay in Florida and the trip around the Gulf of Mexico down to Brownsville. We picked out a couple of places to stay in the fall of 2009 and Winter of 2010. We will be going back to Corpus Christi, Texas and then over to Biloxi, Mississippi.
We left Washington in late September 2009 and headed south again to see if Cyn picked the right spots for this trip. She was trying to find places to stay that had the same temperatures in the winter as Birch Bay does during the summer. We will keep you posted on her skills as a weather forecaster.
