Our November 2008 Disney Wonder Cruise/3-Night Stay at Disney World

Welcome to our trip journal of our 3-night stay at the Port Orleans resort in Disney World and our 4-night cruise to the Bahamas aboard the Disney Wonder.

This trip was booked with much excitement in May 2008 and on October 22, 2008, three weeks before we were due to leave, I fell and broke my right ankle. This was not about to stop us from visiting The Mouse and going on our much-anticipated cruise, so with the help of crutches, a transport chair and my very patient husband, the trip was a go. We had a fabulous time, broken ankle or no broken ankle, and I hope you enjoy reading about our week with Mickey.
