Hi, I can't believe we are actually doing it!! Thanks for checking in to see what we are up too!
My name is Sue my husband is Roger and our Giant Schnauzer is named Tuxedo. We are a married couple in our early 40's who are driving from our home in Alberta,Canada to Mexico with our dog. We plan on being away for 4 months and "no" we are not crazy, yet. We wanted to do something people only dream of and this was it. We love Mexico, we love the Beach, the sunshine and most of all, we love the people!
We usually do the all inclusive thing a couple times a year and i would have been happy with 3 - 4 weeks but Roger really wanted to out do me on the list of crazy things we have done so he came up with the idea to drive. Initially we were planning a couple months but it seemed like everytime we had a bad day we would add on another place in Mexico until we were literally going in one end and comming out the other. COOL!
We sadly have to say goodbye to our 4 kids and a grandaughter who we will miss alot and a large family who may not forgive us for being away at christmas. We are having some of our kids and grandaughter visit us in Mexico in different areas where we have rented homes so that should be alot of fun and something to look forward too.
Feel free to check in at any time, review our itinerary sign our guest book and leave us a message. Our route and plans may be fined tuned as we go. I will try to keep it as updated as possible. I put in a pre vacation post but will post again the day we leave, see you then. I'm sure it will be a wonderful 4 months!
