Welcome to our travel website!
We are Tony and Jackie Albasini from Tampa, Florida - originally from South Africa. It has been our dream to be able to travel around the States in our new Holiday Rambler Alumascape Suite 5th Wheel, towed by our Ford F350 Dually (Tony's baby).
For those of you just joining this blog we have spent an entire summer RVing and fishing in Alaska, so be sure to go back to our entries dated May 14, 2007 till August 19, 2007..... and visit this spectacular wilderness through our travels.
For those of you who like "cheat sheets" - we go on safari in South Africa annually too and you can check out our 2007 trip between Nov 1, 2007 to Nov 29, 2007 or our most recent visit from Oct 8, 2008 till Nov 14, 2008.
We hope you'll enjoy living vicariously through us by this journal as we pursue our dream and travel an undetermined length of time through the continental USA, Alaska and Canada (maybe some of Mexico if we're brave enough!). We are travelling with our precious Shih Tzu companion, Gucci. Jackie does most of the journaling with Tony being the consultant. So....fasten your seatbelts!! Are you ready for this RV tour? Come and experience natural wonders, cities and small town America through our eyes.......
