That's me in the photo...Lyle Gerard from NE Minnesota. I'm traveling around the world with a focus on visiting schools and telling stories to children (kindergarten thru grade 5) along the way. I want to see how native languages, in danger of disappearing are being saved. I also hope to plant some trees in places where trees have been lost. Thru this travel journal, I hope that kids from various countries along the way might meet online and talk with one another long after my journey is over.
